Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@songyeedesigns.com. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused. Please return items in their original packaging (or a similar protective box). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note refund processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders (including special orders and personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a separate order for the new item. You may place a new order before or after your return is refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
